VAD의 GM 제안서

Dear Sir,

We are pleased to submit our idea to you so that you may get an opportunity to contribute to the common prosperity of mankind and at the same time to make an enormous profit with introducing and adopting the following technological know-how of VAD to all vehicle's engines you are manufacturing.

[ VAD stands for a variable voltage adjusting device of an electronic accelerator for vehicle ]

1. The present technical status of ECU Equipment assembled to all your vehicles and the role of VAD fitted to the vehicle

Vehicle consists of the following 1st electricity (12V or 24V) that makes a vehicle run and a battery recharge and the 2nd electricity(5V) that operates ECU.

These electrical devices, however, generate the 3rd electricity called a noise while they are in operation. In this new technology, it is referred to as the 3rd electricity.

•  1st electricity  : 12 or 24V

•  2nd electricity : 5V

•  3rd electricity : Noise electricity, Counter electricity, static electricity, interfering                     electricity, pulse electricity, inductive electricity, harmonic                           electricity, contact electricity, and others.

The injector running on the 1st electricity DC 12V or 24V injects gases directly into the engine and at the same time it is operated by ECU using with DC 5V.

ECU receives signals from TPS along with the air flux sensor (AFS), the air temperature sensor (ATS), the water temperature sensor (WTS) the crank angle sensor (Crank Angle Sensor), the vehicle speed sensor (VSS), the barometric pressure sensor (BPS), the motor position sensor(MPS) and others and generates the output signal(spherical pulse) with combinations of the various inputted signals to control the injector.

VAD stabilizes the 1st and the 2nd electricity by removing interfering electricity(3rd electricity) occurred in operation of vehicle and increases main performances such as power, gas consumption efficiency, reduction of exhausted gas by smoothening the various electric devices of vehicle.  Accordingly we can say it is a functional automobile part to remove the distorted and breakdown voltage due to the various mechanical parts defects of vehicle, which is fitted between TPS and ECU as shown in the picture below.

2. Features and efficiency shown after VAD's fitting to vehicle

The following test results have been drawn up by the official certification laboratory and more than 20,000 vehicles have fitted VAD to them for more than 6 years until now.

2-1. Lower noise significantly.

2-2. More powerful - vehicle will not be affected even if driving a car with air           conditioner on.

2-3. Improved mileage up to 10 ~30%

2-4. Lower exhausted gas ( Especially HC and CO have been reduced up to 90%)

2-5. Quick reaction, more comfortable and climbing ability improved

2-6. Removed knocking and shaking

2-7. Improved performance - a used car performs like a new one.

2-8. Car stereo sound is clear and rich

2-9. Reduction of idling and better starting in winter.

3. Evaluation of this new technology, VAD

This new technology are currently patented to the United States Patent and Trademark Office and refer to a copy of the attached Patent contents for the basic technical principles of this VAD, please. And for your reference, this VAD has also  Type Approved (E-mark as a emission reducer of all kind of vehicles in Europe) for EU market in 2008.

We are convinced that it is a copernican invention in Automotive technology. VAD is able to supply ECU with the constant 5 voltages and with the consequence that each sensors can also be received the constant 5 voltages from ECU regardless of  the driving circumstance. Accordingly it is building up the electrically 3rd closed circuit between 1st and 2nd closed circuits automatically to be stabilized at any conditions of vehicle, which nobody has expected to be that.

As our personal opinion, it may give you a solution to settle the jackrabbit start problem of vehicles with automatic transmission considering the principle of this VAD.
